　　制冷劑:通過管路的液鏡觀察有無泡沫現象。小氣泡或透明無氣泡表示制冷劑充足，而泡沫表示制冷劑不足，需要補充。

　　Refrigerant: observe whether there is a bubble phenomenon through the liquid lens of the pipeline. Small bubbles or transparent air bubbles indicate sufficient refrigerants, while foam means insufficient refrigerants.

　　管路:隨時檢查接頭是否有泄漏。關節周圍沒有油是正常的。如果有石油，就意味著有泄漏。管道表面損壞時，應加保護層。維修管道應防潮、防塵。拆卸部件和管道時，應及時密封管道頭或管道，防止灰塵和濕氣進入。

　　Pipeline: check the connector for leakage at any time. It is normal that there is no oil around the joints. If there is oil, it means there is a leak. When the pipeline surface is damaged, the protective layer shall be added. The maintenance pipeline shall be moisture-proof and dust-proof. When disassembling components and pipes, the pipe head or pipes shall be sealed in time to prevent dust and moisture from entering.

　　當空調制冷效果不佳時，應檢查暖風水閥是否關閉。如檢查暖風兩根黑色軟管熱手，應在使用空調后關閉暖風水閥。

　　When the cooling effect of air conditioner is poor, check whether the heating water valve is closed. If checking the hot hands of the two black hoses of the warm air, close the warm air water valve after using the air conditioner.

　　(2)壓縮機

　　定期檢查驅動皮帶是否太松，張緊輪內軸承是否運轉正常。

　　Regularly check whether the drive belt is too loose and whether the bearing in the tensioning wheel operates normally.

　　檢查皮帶應在發動機停止后進行。用兩根手指壓下7 ~ 10MM，放在兩個輪子中間。更好有一點彈性。如果皮帶磨損嚴重，就應該更換。

　　Check the belt after the engine stops. Press down 7 ~ 10 mm with two fingers and put it in the middle of two wheels. It's better to have a little flexibility. If the belt is badly worn, it should be replaced.

　　(3)冷凝器

　　冷凝器芯:表面上不要有異物阻礙熱交換，當表面上有異物時要輕輕沖洗掉表面灰塵，注意不要用高壓水或煤氣清洗。

　　Condenser core: there shall be no foreign matters on the surface to hinder heat exchange. When there are foreign matters on the surface, the dust on the surface shall be washed gently, and the high-pressure water or gas shall not be used for cleaning.

　　風機電機:檢查轉動是否正常，風量是否減少。

　　Fan motor: check whether the rotation is normal and whether the air volume is reduced.

　　(4)蒸發器

　　(4) Evaporator

　　蒸發器周圍環境:保持駕駛室清潔，不要堆放過多雜物，以免妨礙空氣流通。

　　Surrounding environment of evaporator: keep the cab clean and do not pile up too many sundries to prevent air circulation.

　　蒸發器核心:表面是否有污物及過濾器，表面是否有灰塵或雜物。

　　Evaporator core: whether there is dirt and filter on the surface, and whether there is dust or debris on the surface.

　　風扇電機:檢查正常轉動。

　　Fan motor: check normal rotation.

　　(5)線束

　　(5) Harness

　　檢查線夾插頭是否松動，檢查是否與車身有任何摩擦，這種現象應加以固定并加絕緣保護。

　　Check whether the clamp plug is loose and whether there is any friction with the body, which should be fixed and insulated.
